 Ref: Assistant for the Gorkhali Youth UK Volunteers

 Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter just to inform you that a team of volunteers from Gorkhali Youth UK are travelling to Nepal, to render such assistance as they are able, the types of people travelling are doctors, nurses and paramedics. The team will be lead by Miss Veshkala Gurung and is sponsored by various organizations/ companies. This team will particularly work in the affected areas of Gorkha, mainly Bhachek, Thalajung and Choprak for a time period of one month according to the circumstances.

I would like to request that you give them assistance by providing a letter issued from the Embassy of Nepal London so that they will not face any struggles during their travels into Nepal including the Nepalese Airport. If you could also inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nepal, the list of the people arriving in Nepal to carry out this much needed voluntary work is as follows:
